摘要
目的探讨经腹及经阴道超声在子宫内膜癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对2004-06~2009-12间,在我院住院治疗,并经手术、病理证实的40例子宫内膜癌患者,进行回顾性分析,总结其声像图特征。结果超声诊断子宫内膜癌32例,诊断符合率80%,误诊漏诊8例,漏误诊率20%。结论经腹及经阴道超声联合应用对子宫内膜癌的正确诊断和鉴别具有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer,the application value.Methods 40 cases of endometrial cancer hospitalized in our hospital,who were confirmed by operation and pathology,from 2004-06 to 2009-12,were retrospectively analyzed and summarized its sonographic characteristics.Results The diagnostic rate of Ultrasound diagnosis was 80 persent in 32 cases of such patients.8 cases were misdiagnosis and the misdiagnosis rate was 20 percent.Conclusion It has great value in Correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis of endometrial cancer by combining the transabdominal and transvaginal sonography.
