摘要
目的探讨彩色超声在经皮肾镜碎石术中的应用价值。方法在彩色超声引导下,经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石。结果在彩色超声引导下,选择肾脏造瘘位置,避开血管分布密集区域,减少术中出血,缩短手术时间,并且便于观察手术前后肾脏造瘘位置血流情况。结论在彩色超声引导下,经皮肾镜碎石术可以缩短手术时间,减少术中出血,使手术更为安全、准确。
Objective To evaluate the usefulness of color Doppler ultrasound in application of percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods the color Doppler ultrasound guidance was performed in the percutaneous nephrolithotomy to cure the renal calculus,then the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the operation was calculated.Results Choicing the renal fistula location in the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound,the operator will avoid the vascular distribution-intensive areas,reduce bleeding,shorter operation time,and easy to observe the blood flow of the renal fistula location before and after surgery.Conclusion The percutaneous nephrolithotomy in color Dopplor ultrasound guidance might short operation time,decrease blood loss,and make the surgery more secure and accurate.
