乌梅及其不同炮制品的药理作用比较 被引量:29

摘要 目的:比较乌梅及其炮制品乌梅肉、乌梅炭的药理作用的异同;研究乌梅中有机酸含量较高的苹果酸、枸橼酸与乌梅药理作用的关系。方法:通过炭末法小鼠小肠推进运动试验,小鼠眼眶静脉丛取血测定血糖值及试管法体外抗菌试验,对乌梅、乌梅肉、乌梅炭、苹果酸、枸橼酸进行药理作用研究。结果:乌梅、乌梅炭、乌梅肉、苹果酸均能明显提高小鼠小肠碳末推进百分率;乌梅炭、乌梅肉、苹果酸、枸橼酸可使正常小鼠血糖降低;乌梅、乌梅炭、乌梅肉、苹果酸、枸橼酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌有不同程度的抑菌作用。结论:乌梅及其炮制品的药理作用不尽相同,为保证临床用药的准确性和安全性,建议乌梅及其炮制品应对症入药。乌梅中有机酸含量较高的苹果酸、枸橼酸与乌梅药理作用关系密切,可将其列入乌梅及其制剂质量标准控制的项目。 Objective:To compare the pharmacological effects of Fructus Mume and its processed products,to investigate pharmacologic relation among Fructus Mume,malic acid,citric acid.Methods:Blood glucose from orbital sinus was measured to observe the effects of Fructus Mume,Fructus Mume sarcocarp and Fructus Mume carbon,malic acid,citric acid on blood glucose level of normal mice.The efficacy of drugs above on gastrointestinal motility was investigated through coated charcoal method in small intestinal propulsive motion in mice.Antimicrobial spectrum and minimal inhibitory concentrations for drugs were obtained by antimicrobial tests in vitro.Results:Fructus Mume,Fructus Mume sarcocarp,Fructus Mume carbon and malic acid could enhance intestinal propulsive motion and motility in percentage.Fructus Mume sarcocarp and Fructus Mume carbon,malic acid and citric acid could reduce the level of blood glucose in normal mice.Fructus Mume,Fructus Mume sarcocarp and Fructus Mume carbon,citric acid and malic acid showed an inhibitory effect on growth of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Monilia albican to a certain extent.Conclusion:Pharmacological functions of Fructus Mume are not exactly the same with its products.Thus,in order to achieve safety during drug application,they should be administrated base on diagnosis.Because malic acid and citric acid in Fructus Mume show a correlation with its pharmacological actions,they can be used as parameters for quality control standard.
