摘要
目的:研究特优2号桑叶的化学成分。方法:采用CO2超临界萃取、30%乙醇提取、大孔树脂和硅胶柱色谱等技术进行提取分离,利用熔点测定、薄层层析及波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从特优2号桑叶的CO2超临界萃取物和30%乙醇提取物中分得6个化合物,其结构鉴定为:β-胡萝卜素(I)、齐墩果酸(II)、苯甲酸(III)、绿原酸(IV)、赖氨酸(V)和γ-氨基丁酸(VI)。结论:化合物II和V为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Teyou 2 Folium Mori.Methods:The compounds were extracted and isolated by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction,30% alcohol extraction,macroporous resin and silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by means of melting point,TLC and spectral analyses.Results:Six compounds were identified as β-carotene(Ⅰ),oleanolic acid(Ⅱ),benzoic acid(Ⅲ),chlorogenic acid(Ⅳ),lysine(Ⅴ),γ-aminobutyric acid(Ⅵ).Conclusion:Compound Ⅱ and Ⅴ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
