N,N′-双(2-氨丙基)草酰胺合铜的Cu(Ⅱ)-Fe(Ⅱ)双核配合物的合成、磁性及生物活性

摘要 合成和表征了两种含草酰胺桥的新型异双核配合物[Cu(oxap)Fe(tmen)2]SO4(a)和[Cu(oxap)Fe(Ph2_phen)2]SO4(b).其中,tmen和Ph2_phen分别代表N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺和4,7-二苯基1,10-邻菲罗啉;oxap代表N,N′-双(2-氨丙基)草酰胺根阴离子.测定了配合物(a)的变温磁化率(4~300K)并用最小二乘法和从自旋哈密顿算符(H∧=-2JS1∧·S2∧-DSz1∧2)导出的磁方程拟合,求得交换参数J=-58.62cm-1,表明Cu(Ⅱ)_Fe(Ⅱ)双核配合物中金属离子间有中等强度的反铁磁超交换作用.研究了配合物的生物活性,发现两个双核配合物均具有一定的杀菌作用. Two new μ_oxamido heterobinuclear complexes [Cu(oxap)Fe(tmen) 2]SO 4 (a) and [Cu(oxap)Fe(Ph 2_phen) 2]SO 4 (b) have been synthesized and characterized, where tmen and Ph 2_phen stand for N,N,N′,N′_tetramethylenediamine and 4,7_diphenyl_1,10_phenanthroline, respectively; oxap represents N,N′_bis(2_aminopropyl)oxamido dianion. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibilities of the complex (a) has been measured over the range 4~300 K, and the observed data were successfully simulated by the equation based on the spin Hamiltonian, H∧=-2J S 1 ∧· S 2 ∧-D S z1 ∧ 2, giving the exchange integral J=-58.62 cm -1 . The results are commensurate with moderately strong antiferromagnetic superexchange interactions between the metal ions. The antibacterial activity of the complexes were also examined.
