摘要 目的:研究鹿筋胶原对维甲酸所致大鼠骨质疏松的治疗作用。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组及鹿筋胶原高、中、低剂量组,采用维甲酸诱导大鼠骨质疏松的模型,观察经鹿筋胶原治疗前后大鼠体质量、骨质量、骨密度、骨组织形态计量学及血浆中磷、钙、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及骨力学指标的变化。结果:与模型组比较,经鹿筋胶原治疗后,维甲酸所致骨质疏松大鼠体质量、骨密度、骨质量均有不同程度的升高,骨组织形态计量学参数变化均有显著性差异,血浆中ALP显著降低,Ca、P含量升高,骨力学各指标显著升高。结论:鹿筋胶原对维甲酸诱导的大鼠骨质疏松有一定的防治作用。 Objictive:To study the effects of deer tendons collagen on osteoporosis rats induced by retinoic acid.Methods:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,deer tendons collagen high,medium and low-dose groups,osteoporosis rats of retinoic acid-induced were set up.Changes of body weight,bone weight,bone mineral density,bone histomorphometry,plasma phosphorus,calcium,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),bone mechanics were measured before and after treatment of deer tendons collagen.Results:Compared with model control group,after treated by deer tendons collagen,body weight,bone mineral density,bone weight was increased in varying degrees,bone histomorphometry parameters were significantly different,the ALP in plasma was significantly reduced,contents of Ca,P were increased,all indicators of bone mechanics were significantly higher.Conclusion:Deer tendons collagen can prevent and treat retinoic acid-induced osteoporosis of rats.
