摘要
目的:星点设计-效应面法优化龙芽楤木叶的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、溶媒比为自变量,龙芽楤木叶总皂苷含量得率为因变量,通过对自变量各水平的多元线性回归及二项式拟合,用效应面法选取较佳工艺,并进行预测分析。结果:确定最优提取工艺为20倍量70%乙醇,提取3次,每次2.5 h,提取预测值与理论值偏差为-2.41%,二项式拟合复相关系数r=0.9617。结论:星点设计-效应面法优化的龙芽楤木叶提取工艺,方法简便,精密度更高,可预测性较优。
Objective:To optimize the process of extracting effective constituents from Aralia elata by response surface methodology.Methods:The independent variables were ethanol concentration,reflux time and solvent fold,the dependent variable was extraction rate of total saponins in Aralia elata.Linear or no-linear mathematic models were used to estimate the relationship between independent and dependent variables.Response surface methodology was used to optimize the process of extraction.The prediciton was carried out through comparing the observed and predicted values.Results:Regression coefficient of binmial fitting complex model was as high as 0.9617,the optimum conditions of extraction process were 70% ethanol,2.5 hours for reflux,20-fold solvent and 3 times for extraction.The bias between observed and predicted values was-2.41%.Conclusion:It shows the optimum model is highly predictive.
