天然产物活性多糖结构与功能研究进展 被引量:137

A Review about the Research of Structure and Function of Polysaccharides from Natural Products

摘要 多糖是自然界含量丰富的重要生物大分子之一,具有复杂的结构和多方面的功能活性。本文综述了天然产物活性多糖提取、分离纯化和结构解析的技术和方法,以及多糖所具有的免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、降血糖、抗氧化等生物活性。虽然近几十年来多糖研究取得了很大进步,但是多糖的分离纯化方法发展依然缓慢,其结构的复杂性也增加了研究的难度。此外,多糖的功能活性测定大多停留在体外实验阶段,其在体内的具体作用机制有待于进一步深入研究。 Polysaccharides belongs to one of important biomacromolecules,riched in natural resources with complex structure and variously functional activity.In this paper,the various aspects of investigation results of polysaccharides were summarized,including the techniques and methods of extraction、 purification and structural analysis for polysaccharides,as well as various bioactivities,such as immunological、 anticancer、 antiviral、 depleting blood sugar and antioxidant activities,and so on.Though the research of polysaccharides was obtained a good advance,but the progress of extraction and purification methods are still slow,the difficulty of research is incressed by the complication of its structure.In addition,the most determinations of polysaccharide function activity are stopped at a stage of in vitro studies,its inner action mechenism remain for further study.
