通过对我国外科住院医师培训模式的深入研究,发现从住院医师队伍的内部着手是进一步优化住院医师规范化培训的有效方式,并由此诞生了新型的外科住院医师团队自我管理模式。该模式运用现代管理学方式有效设置人力资源与组织构架,同时通过更富于特色的培训模式,获得良好的外科住院医师培养效果。

Through the deep study of the surgical relident training of our country,we discover that the self-administration mode of surgery resident team is an effective way of optimizing resident standard training.
