摘要
以江阴大桥伸缩缝损坏及更换为例,分析伸缩缝损坏的原因,并对伸缩缝进行了设计改进,提出减少加在中梁与支承梁之间的预加压力、增强支座系统等5种设计改进的方法。阐述了支座系统的疲劳试验和摩擦试验,并对老伸缩缝的拆除和新伸缩缝的安装过程和方法进行了介绍,为大型桥梁更换伸缩缝提供参考。
Based on the expansion joints damage and replacement of Jiangyin bridge,this paper analyses the reasons of the expansion joints damage and improves the design of the expansion joints,proposes five methods of design improvement such as reducing the pre-pressure loading between centre sill and support beam and enhancing bearing system,introduces fatigue test and friction test of the bearing system,introduces the process of old expansion joints demolition and new expansion joints installation,provide reference for the the same project.
