Through introducing the concept of knowledge management and the relations between knowledge management and library,combining the survey of the library digital reference service,this paper discusses the application of knowledge management in the library digital reference service and enumerates some successful practice cases at home and abroad for the purpose of summarizing the successful digital reference service items at home and abroad,sharing their experience and enhancing the reference librarians＇ understanding of digital reference service in order to provide more and better services for the reading public and create a larger value.
