The Existence of Non negative Solutions to a Class of Semilinear Elliptic Equations

Under some general conditions, a forbidden value type argument is used to establish the existence of non negative solutions to the Dirichlet probelm - Δ u=f(x,u),x∈Ω, u=0,x∈ Ω of which the existence of non negative solutions here is that Ω is the bounded field from R n(n≥1) and the boundary Ω is quite smooth.
