摘要
应用Lee-Low-Pines(LLP)方法研究极性晶体板中极化子的性质,给出极化子基态能量和有效质量的解析表达式,并以GaAs极性晶体板为例进行数值计算。
Lee Low Pines(LLP) variational method was used to investigate the properties of the polaron in a polar crystal slab.In this method the variational parameters are dependent on the electron coordinate. Analytical expressions for the polaron ground state energy and the effective mass are given. GaAs was chosen as the polar material to perform the nurmerial calculation. The effects of bulk optical phonons and surface optical phonons on the polaron properties are discussed.
