摘要
采用多组分乙烯基单体共聚,在主链结构上引入含不同极性基团的单体,通过乳液聚合,合成各种类型的水性乙烯基聚氨酯粘合剂.考察不同主链结构、固化剂类型及用量对剪切强度的影响规律,比较乳化剂的类型对转化率及吸水分数的影响.结果表明,剪切强度与引入主链的极性基团有关(其由大到小顺序为OH,COOH,CONH2),也与异氰酸酯的类型有关(剪切强度的大小顺序为MDI,PAPI,TDI).
A series of water based vinyl polyurethane adhesives was prepared through emulsion polymerization with multi constituent vinyl monomers in which different polar groups were introduced to the polymer main chain. The effects of different main chain structures, types and amounts of curing agents on the shear resistance were studied. At the same time, the effects of the types of emulsifiers on conversion ratio and water sorptional fraction were compared. The results showed that shear resistance of the adhesive depended not only on the polarity of the groups introduced to the polymer main chain, but on the types of urethane. In the synthesis of emulsion the blend of ionic and nonionic emulsifiers was used and the water resistence of emulsion was obviously improved.
