自酸蚀粘接技术固定外伤前牙的临床研究

Clinical study of self-etching adhesive technique applied in fixation of traumatized anterior teeth

目的:了解自酸蚀粘接技术在外伤牙固定中应用的可行性。方法:牙外伤患者75例,按2:1比例随机分为2组,A组接受以自酸蚀粘接剂XenoⅢ等构成的粘接性夹板固定,B组以钢丝结扎夹板固定。固定持续4周,定期复查以检查夹板的稳固情况。在拆除夹板6个月后对患牙的治疗效果进行评价。结果:A组装置的稳固率为78%,B组装置的稳固率为84%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.759,P>0.05)。A组治疗有效率为93.9%,而B组为72.7%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=13.00,P<0.05)。结论:在外伤牙的固定方面,自酸蚀粘接固定技术具有良好的应用前景。

Objective：To compare the clinical effects of self-etching adhesive technique versus traditional wire-ligated technique in fixation of traumatized anterior teeth,and to investigate the feasibility of self-etching adhesive technique applied in treatment of tooth injuries.Methods：75 patients with tooth trauma were admitted,and randomly divided into two groups with the ratio of 2：1.In group A（n=50）,adhesive spints concluding XenoⅢ self-etching adhesives were applied on the fixation of traumatized teeth;in group B（n=25）,the traditional wire-ligated technique was applied.Fixation lasted for 4 weeks,and regular examination was made during the course to assure the stability of fixation attachments.At 6 months after fixation,the healing effect was evaluated.The results of two groups were compared by the means of statistics.Results：The rate of fixation-attachment stability in group A was 78%,and the rate in group B was 84%.There was no significant difference between two groups in statistics（χ^2=0.759,P〈0.05）.In the follow-up of 6 months,the healing effective rate of group A was 93.9%,and that of group B was 72.7%.There was significant difference between two groups（χ^2=13.00,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There is a bright application prospect for self-etching adhesive technique applied in fixation of traumatized teeth.
