中西医结合治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果分析

Clinical effective analysis of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of ischemic stroke

目的:观察中西医结合治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法:将我院148例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用西医综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药方剂。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.5%,显著高于对照组的79.7%;经过治疗,两组的神经功能缺损评分均显著低于治疗前,治疗组降幅更大,显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组未发现颅内出血及其他脏器出血等不良反应。结论:采用中西医结合治疗缺血性脑卒中,能改善血液流变,有利于脑卒中患者的神经功能恢复,减少致残率,在取材、价格、操作方面有明显优势,对多次脑卒中发生患者亦有效,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods：148 cases of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital.The control group was given Western medicine treatment and the treatment group was added traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group treatment.Results：In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 90.5%,which significantly higher than control group＇s 79.7%;after treatment,neurological deficit scores in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the treatment group had greater decline,significantly lower than control group＇s,all differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.No side effects occurred.Conclusion：Combined Chinese and Western medicine for treating ischemic stroke can improve the blood rheology,which is conducive to restore nerve function in the patients with stroke,reduce disability with obvious advantages in subjects,pricing and operations.and also has the effect on repeated attack of stroke.It is worthy of sprending in clinic.
