摘要
微波MCM电路由于频率高的特点使得时域电路模拟较为困难,一般必须使用大型计算机进行计算.针对这种特点提出一种有效的模拟方法——Y参数综合法,即用微波网络理论对电路进行等效或使用辅助端口对电路进行频域分析,使模拟过程简化,计算量减小,并且更加适合计算机模拟.由于提高了计算效率,PC机即可胜任.计算实例表明。
Because of its high frequency, it is hard to simulate microwave MCM circuit in time domain. So in common situation, super computer must be used. This paper presented an effective way to simulate the microwave MCM in frequency domain, that is, Y parameter synthesis method. This method simplifies the procedure of simulation and reduces the computing work, so it is suitable for PC to access. An example was attached to show that the accuracy of this method can meet the requirement of engineering.
