摘要
将水玻璃和氯酸钠按比例配成一定浓度混合液,加入到净化后的盐酸钢铁酸洗废液中,制得硅改性聚合氯化铁(Si-PFC),并将其用于制革综合废水。试验结果表明:当n(Fe):n(Si)=25:1,混合液匀速投加时间大于1.5h,温度低于30℃时,制得的产品性能最佳。应用于制革综合废水中的最佳投加量为300mg/L,最佳pH值适用范围为7~11,SS和CODcr最佳去除率分别为92.7%和72.3%。
Industrial water - glass was mixed with sodium chlorate in a certain proportion, adding to purified steel waste picking liquor. After period of reaction time, silicon - modified ployferric chloride ( Si - PFC) was prepared and applied to the tanning multiple wastewater. The experimental results show that when molar ratio of Fe and Si is 25: 1, uniform feeding time is more than 1.5h and temperature is lower than 30℃, the property of the products is the best. The best removal ratio of SS and CODcr to the tanning multiple wastewater are 92.7% and 82.3% respectively, while the applicability scope of pH is 7 - 11 and the optimum dosage is 300mg/L.
