亚硫酸化牛蹄油加脂剂的研究

Preparation of Sulfited Fatliquoring Agent from Neat's Foot Oil

以天然牛蹄油为主要原料,通过对其进行酯化、氧化和亚硫酸化等一系列改性及复配,制得一种性能优异的加脂剂,并对其合成条件进行了优化。该加脂剂呈棕黄色粘稠液体,对盐酸、栲胶、铬盐及氨水稳定,室温下流动性良好。

Neat＇s foot oil was modified through a series of reactions such as esterification, oxidation, sulfitation and blending with other components to result a new fatliquoring agent. The synthetic conditions were optimized. This neat＇ s foot oil fafliquoring agent is brown and ropiness with a good stability to hydrochloric acid, vegetable tanning extract, chrome salt and ammonium hydroxide. It has a good flowability at room temperature.
