摘要
简要叙述了皮革感官参数测试系统的原理,构建了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的皮革感官特性参数测试系统。以LABVIEW为软件开发平台,以数据采集卡为基础硬件,实现对皮革力学性能控制参数的可视化设定,并将设定的参数通过数据采集卡发送给步进电机驱动器,控制步进电机运动。通过载荷传感器和位移传感器实时采集位移和载荷参数,并在LABVIEW可视化界面上进行实时显示。
The principle of leather organoleptic characteristic parameters measuring system was introduced briefly. A measuring system for leather orgauoleptic characteristic parameters was built based on virtual instrument technology. With LABVIEW as software development platform and data acquisition card as hardware infrastructure, the parameters setting of leather mechanical properties control parameters are realized by the visual interface in the measuring system. The parameters set are sent to stepper motor driver byusing data acquisition card, to control stepper motor. By using load sensor and displacement sensor, parameters are captured real -time, and these parameters are display by LABVIEW visual interface at real -time.
