摘要
早在1883年人们就发现慢性肾衰竭患者存在骨骼系统的一系列病变，直至1943年才统一命名为肾性骨营养不良，简称肾性骨病。近来人们逐渐发现慢性肾脏病患者体内矿物质和骨代谢异常可以引起多个系统病变，
