核因子κB、吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸盐与哮喘 被引量:1

Nuclear factor kappa B, pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate and asthma

摘要 自从抗氧化剂吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸盐(PDTC)对核因子κB(NF-κB)的抑制作用被发现,针对其在一些相关疾病中的作用及机制已成为近年来的研究热点。大量研究结果表明,利用PDTC干预许多由NF-κB介导的疾病可产生不同程度的治疗作用。本文对PDTC与哮喘中重要因子NF-κB的研究进展进行了综述。 Since the inhibition function of anti-oxidant pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC) to nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) was reported, function and mechanism of PDTC in some disease had become the research hot point. Abundant experimental evidence showed that PDTC was able to inhibit NF-KB activation, and had the therapeutic effects on the disease associated with NF-kB. But, there was scarcely researeh concerning on PDTC in asthma. Consequently, the relationship between anti-oxidant PDTC and the important factor NF-kB in asthma are reviewed, in order to provide a reference for the treatment of asthma.
