摘要
研究了以氟硅酸盐、铝硅酸盐、过渡元素改性化合物为主要成分的混凝土新型超缓凝剂.采用绝热温升法测定了新型超缓凝剂对大体积混凝土水化放热过程的影响.通过SEM等研究了掺用超缓凝剂的混凝土硬化后的微观结构,进而探讨了超缓凝的机理.对超缓凝剂的工程实际应用效果进行了讨论,为新型超缓凝剂的推广应用提供了依据.
? The paper studies the new kind of super setting retarder that consists of fluosilicate, aluminosilicate, and transition element compound. The influence of super setting retarder on the hydration heat generation reaction of the cement in mass concrete is studied. The microstructure of the hardening cement admixed with super setting retarder is described by SEM, and the super setting principle also discussed. The paper also discusses the results of super setting retarder's application to the practical concrete project, and it will provide scientific basis for the application and dissemination of the new super setting retarder.
