摘要
介绍了测量初相位的一种方法.结合振动幅值的变化速率及测得的相位信息,对E232烟气轮机组的运行状态进行综合分析,诊断出由于催化剂冲蚀造成烟气轮机损伤.从而得出结论:决定机组能否安全运行不能仅看它是否已超越现行规定的振幅停机值,而且要仔细观察它的振幅改变速率和相位的相对变化.
? This paper intends to introduce a method of initial phase measuring. The authors diagnose the damage to the expander due to catalyst corrosion on the basis of making an overall analysis to the operating state of E232 expander train by combining the amplitude change rate & the phase measured and comes into the conclusion that safe operation of expander train depends not only on the amplitude to be within the currently specified range when being shutdown, but also on the amplitude change rate and the change in phase.
