活动平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影结果对照分析 被引量:19

Comparison analysis of treadmill exercise test and coronary angiography

摘要 目的:探讨活动平板运动试验与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法:拟诊冠心病患者310例2周内行活动平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影检查,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和非冠心病组,比较2组活动平板运动试验开始后的运动第1分钟心率、运动能力总心率1/3、运动增加最大心率、运动后恢复2 min心率增加量。结果:冠心病组运动第1分钟心率、运动能力总心率1/3、运动增加最大心率、运动后恢复2 min心率均高于非冠心病组(P<0.01);随冠状动脉病变严重程度增加,运动第1分钟心率、运动能力总心率1/3、运动增加最大心率、运动后恢复2 min心率逐渐增大(P<0.01);运动第1分钟心率、运动能力总心率1/3、运动增加最大心率、运动后恢复2 min心率与ST段压低值及冠状动脉病变严重程度均呈正相关。结论:冠心病患者运动第1分钟心率、运动能力总心率1/3、运动增加最大心率、运动后恢复2 min心率增高可反映心肌缺血及冠状动脉病变程度。 Objective To study the relationship between the result of treadmill exercise test and coronary angiography.Methods Three hundred and ten patients with suspected coronary artery disease received treadmill exercise test and coronary angiography in two weeks,and were divided into coronary artery disease group and non-coronary artery disease group according to the result of coronary angiography.The heart rate at first minute onset of treadmill exercise test,the heart rate at one-third total exercise capacity,maximal heart rate increase exercise,and heart rate at 2 minutes regain after exercise were compared between two groups.Results The heart rate at first minute onest of exercise,heart rate rise at one-third total exercise capacity,maximal heart rate increase exercise,heart rate at 2 minutes regain after exercise the coronary artery disease group were significantly higher than those in the non-coronary artery disease group(P〈0.01).The heart rate at first minute onset of exercise,heart rate at one-third total exercise capacity,maximal heart rate increase exercise,and heart rate at 2 minutes regain after exercise had an increasing trend with the severity of coronary artery tesion.The heart rate at first minute onset of exercise,heart rate at one-third total exercise capacity,maximal heart rate increase exercise,and heart rate at 2 minutes regain after exercise were positively correlated to the depression of ST segment and the severity of coronary artery lesion.Conclusion The patients with coronary artery disease have an increased heart rate at first minute onset of exercise,heart rate at one-third total exercise capacity,maximal heart rate increase exercise,and heart rate at 2 minutes regain after exercise,which can reflect the extent of myocardial inchemia and the degree of coronary artery lesion.
