摘要
针对公民科学素质测量,米勒体系经历了不断的发展,从最初的三维结构,发展为实践中的二维结构,甚至转向对科学知识测量单一维度的倚重,反映出米勒体系的理念内涵——传统的科学观以及基于公众缺失的公众理解科学理念。
With focus on the measurement of public scientific literacy, the structure of Miller's system has developed from original three-dimension to two-dimension in practice and even to single dimension of scientific knowledge, which reflected the idea of Miller's system, the traditional scientific concept and "public deficit" on public understanding of science.
