摘要 作为场发射平面显示器件的组成部分之一,荧光屏的研制与结果分析决定了该显示器件的亮度、清晰度、分辨率和寿命等性能。介绍了场发射显示器(FED)单色荧光屏的设计和两种制作方法:重力沉淀法和电泳法,并对用这两种方法制作的荧光屏进行了亮度、工作电流、工作电压、亮度衰减等多个参数的测试。通过对测试结果的比较与分析,得到电泳法制得的荧光屏比重力沉淀法性能要好的结论,并且获得了荧光层厚度及工作电流和工作电压的适宜参数。 Development and analysis of phosphor screen, a part of field emission plat panel display, determine the device performance on luminance, resolution and life. Design principle and two fabrication methods (gravity deposition and elctrophoretic deposition) are introduced, which are used to develop phosphor screen of monochrone field emission display (FED). The phosphor screens made by us are tested on some parameters, including luminance, operating current, voltage and luminance decay. Based on comparison and analysis of the test results, a conclusion that performance of phosphor screen made by elctrophoretic deposition is better than that made by gravity deposition is drawn. The proper thickness of phosphor layer, operating current and voltage are given as well.
