摘要 培养师范生正确的教师职业价值观,可以影响他们对教师职业的选择,帮助他们确立教师职业信念,使他们形成良好的教师职业情感和职业幸福感。这将有利于师范生今后教师职业生涯的发展,并促进教育事业的发展。有鉴于此,教师教育在培养师范生树立正确的世界观、人生观的同时,也要引导他们对未来所从事教师职业的思考,加强教师职业理想教育和教师职业道德教育,注重培养其教师职业情感,塑造其教师职业角色,使他们树立和形成正确的教育价值观以及教师职业价值观。 Cultivating normal school students' correct professional values of teaching can affect their choice of teaching career, help them to establish the occupational beliefs and form a good professional affection and happiness. This is beneficial to the future development of their profession and the development of educational career. In view of this, while cultivating in the normal students the right attitudes towards the world and life, the teacher education should also guide them to think about the future teaching career, strengthen the education of professional aspirations and professional ethics, and pay attention to the cultivation of the teaching profession emotions and the shaping of professional role. All of these will help the normal school students to establish the correct educational values and professional values of teaching.
