摘要
文章研究如何在大型项目决策阶段开展价值管理,分析了价值管理方法的特点、价值管理工作坊工作程序。在此基础上分析了在项目建议书阶段、项目可行性研究阶段开展价值管理的方法和步骤,以及工作坊各步骤的主要任务。重点对各阶段开展价值管理的目标、功能分析的具体内容及价值管理应取得的成果进行了研究。引用实证案例分析,来说明价值管理的分析手段会增强大型项目决策的科学性和透明性,从而提升其决策价值。
Based on the analysis of the value management concept, its characteristics, and its workshop procedure, the paper studied the application of value management in large project decision-making. The method and procedures of value management were analyzed in briefing and feasibility study phases, while the main tasks in each step in the workshop were also analyzed. Focuses were on the goals of value management, contents of function analysis, and the research results in different stages. A case is used to show that value management can increase the scientific and transparent characteristics for large projects' decision-making and improve the decision-making values.
