Inventory Management for Construction Enterprises Based on Dynamic Storage Model

建筑企业的材料供应和存储是非均衡的、间断的、动态的,传统的存储模型对它的描述往往存在较大偏差。动态存储模型则可以针对静态模型的特点,将对某种物资的需求量划分为若干阶段,假定在同一时期内需求是常数,但在不同期间,需求是变化的,这种需求量的不同基本上可以描述出各个时期建筑企业的物资需要量计划。文章描述了国内建筑企业库存管理的现状及问题,依据建筑企业库存管理的特点选择了动态存储模型为工具,结合工程实例阐明该模型在建筑企业库存管理中的应用,为建筑企业库存管理提供一种科学、量化的手段。

Supply and storage of materials for construction enterprises are characterized as imbalanced, intermittent, and dynamic. The storage description by traditional storage models deviate from the actual situations. A dynamic storage model divides the quantity of materials into different phases. The demand value is assumed to be constant in one period but varies in different periods. The difference of demand for construction enterprises clarifies the demand plan in each phase. This paper introduced the current situations and problems of storage management for construction enterprises. A dynamic storage model was selected as a tool according to the characteristics of storage management. The model implementation was conducted in the real case study. The model provides a quantified means for the storage management.
