摘要
采用浸渍法,制得腐植酸钠/氧化铝复合脱硫剂,研究其负载氨水前后的脱硫性能.利用傅里叶红外变换光谱仪、扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪、X射线衍射仪对吸附剂样品的表面成分和结构、晶相组成进行了分析.结果表明,负载腐植酸钠后,在氧化铝纤维表面会形成一层腐植酸钠膜,可以提高载体氧化铝的脱硫性能.腐植酸钠/氧化铝浸渍氨水后,腐植酸钠膜在脱硫过程中起重要作用,对氨水有较强的吸附和保持力,可以减少氨损,长时间保持较高的SO2转化率.脱硫后的产物可以从氧化铝上洗脱,制成以硫酸氨、腐植酸铵、腐植酸钠为主要成分的复合肥,同时氧化铝纤维也可实现循环使用.
A novel method of flue gas desulfurization(FGD) by sodium humate(HNa) was put forward.The composite adsorbent of HNa/α-Al_2O_3,characterized by FTIR,XRD,EDS,and SEM,was prepared by impregnation method,and the desulfurization property of the adsorbent impregnated with ammonia(NH_4OH) was studied in a fixed-bed quartz reactor.The experimental results show that the HNa-coating,which coats onto α-Al_2O_3 fibers impregnated with HNa solution,can improve the property of α-Al_2O_3 support for FGD;the HNa-coating on the adsorbent of HNa/α-Al_2O_3 impregnated with ammonia plays an key role in improving the desulfurization property of the α-Al_2O_3.The lost ammonia is decreased and the longer time of high SO_2 conversation rate can be maintained,because of the great adsorption capability of HNa.Furthermore,the desulfurization products can be flushed from the α-Al_2O_3 fibers,and made into a compound fertilizer consisting of ammonium sulfate((NH_4)_2SO_4),ammonium humate and HNa.The (regenerated) α-Al_2O_3 fibers can be recycled.
