摘要
基于噪声交易理论分析了住房按揭市场的信息结构,对信息不对称下住房按揭市场出现的羊群行为、过度融资以及假按揭等噪声交易行为进行了研究,并从政策方面提出了稳定房地产价格,减少按揭贷款市场噪声交易的措施和建议。
Based on noise trading theory,the paper analyzes the information structure of the housing mortgage mar- ket,studies noise trading phenomena such as herding behavior,over-financing and false mortgage in housing mort- gage market under asymmetric information,and puts forward measures and recommendations to stabilize the real estate prices and reduce mortgage market noise trading from the view of policy making.
