摘要
解析新版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的特点,通过对某工程案例的分析,对新版工程量清单计价规范的发展与局限作出评价,指出工程结算单位审核工作与工程应同步进行、重视并利用工程计价过程文件、提高造价工程师职业素养与能力。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works 2008.According to an engineering case,it discusses the development and limits of the new edition.Then it puts for- ward that the project settlement work should be in step with schedule,engineering valuation files should be high- lighted and improve the quality and ability of cost engineers in China.
