摘要
通过分析设立招标控制价的背景和目的,阐述造价人员在编、审招标控制价时应充分考虑的问题,并结合自身体会提出了牢固树立客观、公正、公平和诚实信用的编、审原则的必要性,以及对招标控制价的管理要求等。
By analyzing the background and purposes of establishment of limited bidding price,the issues of estab- lishing the limited bidding price which should be fully considered are elaborated,and the necessity of the setting up the establishing principles of objective,impartial,fair and honest provision of credit is provided.The management requirement of limited bidding price is proposed.
