Study on Design Claim of the Contractor Using Design-Build Project

重点研究在国内应用设计—建造合同时,承包商向业主提出设计索赔的有关问题。通过对典型设计索赔案例的分析,为设计—建造合同的项目参与方解决设计索赔问题,特别是承包商的设计索赔管理与风险问题提供借鉴和参考。

This paper mainly studies the contractor＇s design claim to the employer using design-build contract in our country.Based on the analysis of typical design claim cases,this paper provides theory guidance for the settle- ment of the design claims problems between project parties,especially the problems of design claim management for the contractor and the potential risks being taken by the contractor.
