摘要
针对40mm厚的铅合金构件质量检测,设计了不同深度的平底孔试块:Φ1mm、Φ2mm和Φ4mm。在分析和试验的基础上,优选了超声换能器参数,采用不同的超声波检测方法对缺陷检测能力进行验证,结果表明:铅合金构件的超声波检测频率不宜高于5MHz,在现有技术下,可以明显检出构件内部Φ2mm平底孔当量的缺陷,且超声相控阵技术缺陷的检出率高于常规超声检测方法,但也只能检出30mm深度范围内的Φ1mm平底孔缺陷。
To inspect the inner quality of the 40 mm-thick Pb alloy part, the reference blocks of flat-bottomed holes with different depth and size, Φ1 mm, Φ2 mm and Φ4 mm, were designed. Based on theory analysis and experiment study, the parameters of ultrasonic transducer were selected and optimized. Different ultrasonic testing methods were adopted to verify the testing capability, and the results show that suitable test frequency was lower than 5 MHz. On condition of current testing capability, Φ2 mm-hole equivalent inner defects could be obviously detected. The testing sensitivity of phased array ultrasonic testing was higher than current ultrasonic testing, but it could only detect the Φ1 mm-hole equivalent inner defects within 30 mm depth.
