摘要
目的:观察中药何首乌饮对衰老模型大鼠卵巢形态学的影响。方法:将48只SD大鼠随机分为3组:正常组、模型组、预防组。采用D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射法制造雌性大鼠亚急性衰老模型,预防组在造模的同时以中药方剂何首乌饮灌胃。应用HE染色及透射电镜方法观察各组大鼠卵巢组织形态学的变化。结果:何首乌饮明显增加了衰老大鼠卵巢组织中原始卵泡、生长卵泡及黄体的数量(P<0.05,P<0.01),且明显改善了衰老大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞的超微结构,使滑面内质网增加,线粒体及高尔基复合体丰富。结论:何首乌饮通过影响衰老大鼠卵巢形态学的改变,具有预防和延缓颗粒细胞凋亡而达到阻止卵泡闭锁,可能是抗大鼠性腺衰老的作用机制之一。
Objective: To observe the ovary morphological changes in aging rats after treatment with the traditional Chinese medicine Heshouwuyin(HSWY).Methods: Rats(n=48) were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal,aging control and HSWY groups.Subacute aging model was induced by intraperioneal injection of D-galactose.The rats in HSWY group were administered with various doses of intragastric HSWY during D-galactose injection.The ovary morphology was observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining and transmission electron microscopy.Results: HSWY significantly increased the number of primordial follicles,growing follicles and corpus luteums(P0.05 or P0.01).HSWY improved the substructures of the granular cells,and increased the smooth endoplasmic reticulum,mitochondria and Golgi complex.Conclusion: HSWY can regulate the morphology of the ovary and prevent the apoptosis of granular cells,suggesting an anti-aging ability in rat sexual gland.
