摘要
随着对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染宫颈上皮生物学理解的不断深入,单纯依赖组织形态学阐述宫颈病变临床行为的时代已经终结。该文对宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)命名系统、内在涵义不断变化的基本名词和相关的生物学标志物进行了介绍,希望能够为宫颈病理学添加一个全新的视角。
A clear understanding of how HPV infections affects cervical epithelial biology has altered long-standing concepts based purely on descriptive correlation of histology and clinical behavior. In order to put somenthing new into perspectives on cervical pathology, the evolving CIN nomenclature, changing interpretations of some basic terms and related func- tional biomarkers are introduced.
