摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、CXCR1这一趋化因子配、受体对在子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者的在位内膜及异位灶组织中的表达水平及内异症发病中的作用。方法 2003年9月至2005年1月在复旦大学附属妇产科医院以正常子宫内膜为对照,采用免疫组化技术分析内异症患者在位内膜及异位灶组织IL-8、CXCR1的表达水平,并比较其差异。结果正常子宫内膜CXCR1的表达在间质(OD值为9.03±1.75)和腺体(OD值为8.56±1.59)无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);而内异症患者在位内膜CXCR1表达腺体(OD值为22.86±2.45)明显高于间质(OD值为13.07±1.88,P<0.05)。正常子宫内膜IL-8的表达间质(OD值为8.25±1.96)明显高于腺体(OD值为3.39±0.98,P<0.05);在位内膜IL-8表达间质(OD值为16.86±2.42)和腺体(OD值为15.78±2.78)表达无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在位内膜IL-8、CXCR1表达(OD值为17.13±2.53、13.89±1.76)明显高于正常生育期子宫内膜(OD值为8.65±1.89、7.48±1.02,P<0.05);而异位灶组织IL-8、CXCR1表达(OD值为25.32±4.38、22.84±4.21)又明显高于在位内膜(OD值为17.13±2.53、13.89±1.76,P<0.05)。结论 IL-8及其受体CXCR1参与内异症的发生及进展。
Objective To evaluate the expression of chemokine IL-8/CXCR1 in the eutopic endometriosis. Methods Immunohistoehemistry was used to detect the protein expression of IL-8/CXCR1 in the eutopic endometrium and ectopie foci of endometriosis, with the endometrium of normal fertile women as control in the Fudan University Shanghai Medical College from Sep. 2003 to Jan. 2005. Results The expression of CXCR1 showed no difference between the gland and stroma in normal endometrium ( OD value was 9. 03 ± 1.75 versus 8.56 ± 1.59, P 〉 0. 05 ), but expression of CXCR1 in the gland was significantly higher than that of stroma in the eutopic endometrium (OD value was 22. 86 ±2. 45 versus 13.07 ± 1.88 ,P 〈 0. 05). In normal endometrium, expression of IL-8 was significantly higher in stroma than in gland (OD value was 8.25 ± 1. 96 versus 3.39 ± 0. 98, P 〈 0. 05 ), while IL-8 expression showed no signific;antly difference between stroma and gland in the eutopic endometrium( OD value was 16. 86 ± 2. 42 versus 15.78 ± 2. 78 ,P 〉 0. 05 ). The expression of IL-8/CXCR1 in the eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that of the normal endometrium( OD value was 17. 13 ±2. 53/13. 89 ± 1.76 versus 8. 65 ± 1.89/7.48 ± 1.02 ,P 〈0. 05 ), while the expression of IL-8/CXCR1 in the ectopic foci was significantly higher than that of the eutopie endometrium ( OD value was 25.32 ± 4. 38/22.84 ± 4. 21 versus 17. 13 ± 2. 53/13.89 ± 1.76, P 〈0. 05). Conclusion IL-8/CXCR1 is involved in the pathogenesis and development of endometriosis.
