摘要
对丁二酸模拟发酵液进行络合萃取分离研究,当丁二酸处于分子态时,30%TOA+40%正辛醇+30%甲苯组成的三元络合萃取剂对丁二酸具有较高的分配系数,其分配系数随丁二酸浓度及硫酸根含量的增加而逐渐下降。对丁二酸模拟发酵液进行萃取,丁二酸的萃取率达82%,萃取剂对丁二酸的负载量达39.5g/L,以1mol/L的NaOH进行反萃,丁二酸的反萃率为96%。在此基础上络合萃取分离丁二酸发酵液,对低浓度的丁二酸发酵液,丁二酸的萃取率达96.7%,反萃率达98.9%;对高浓度丁二酸发酵液,丁二酸的萃取率为70.6%,萃取剂的丁二酸负载量为40.5g/L,反萃率为84.6%。以上研究结果说明,络合萃取分离丁二酸发酵液中具有一定的可行性,低浓度丁二酸发酵液的络合萃取分离效率较高。
Succinic acid in simulated fermentation broth extracted by complexaion extraction was studied. The mixed solvent with 30% TOA + 40% octanol + 30% methylbenzene can give a high distribution coefficient for succinic acid when succinic acid was undissociated form. The distribution coefficient reduced when succinic acid or SO4^2- concentration increased. The extraction yield of succinic acid for simulated fermentation broth reached 82% , the extraction capacity of succinic acid was 39.5g/L, 1.0 mol/L of NaOH was stripping agent,the stripping yield can reach 96%. On this basis, succinic acid in fermentation broth extracted by complexation extraction was studied. The extraction yield of succinic acid of low succinic acid concentration fermentation broth reached 96.7% , the stripping yield reached 98.9%; the extraction yield of succinic acid of high succinic acid concentration fermentation broth reached 70.6% , the extraction capacity of suecinic acid was 40.5 g/L, the stripping yield reached 84.6%. The succinic acid could be separated by the complexation extraction, especially for low succinic acid concentration fermentation broth.
