Pros and Cons of Two Kinds of Waste Water Treatment Processes in a Fuel Ethanol Plant with Cassava as Raw Material

对以木薯为原料的(燃料)酒精工厂,污水处理采用何种工艺方案,从经济视角和能源的消耗与产生的角度进行了全面、深刻的分析和比较,为(燃料)酒精工厂污水处理部分的建设和改造提供了思路,有利于(燃料)酒精工厂实现高效、节能、降耗目的。

Two sets of waste water treatment processes are put forward in this paper for the fuel ethanol plant with cassava as raw materials. Some conclusions are obtained after comprehensive comparison of these two processes and thorough analysis based on considerations of economization, consumption and generation of energy. These conclusions can be used as a guide line for the construction and modification of a waste water treatment station in the fuel ethanol plant, which will facilitate high efficiency utilization, energy saving and consumption reduction on all factors of production.
