摘要
从黄伞子实体中提取粗多糖,并经Sevage法脱蛋白、活性炭脱色得精制黄伞多糖;用气相色谱法分析黄伞子实体多糖的单糖组成,结果表明:黄伞子实体多糖主要由木糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成;各单糖质量分数分别为1.03%,2.30%,96.7%。
The polysaccharide was extracted from fruit bodies of Pholiota adiposa and crude polysaccharide was purified by deproteination and decolorization. Monosaccharide composition of Pholiota adiposa polysaccharide was analyzed by gas chromatography and the results indicated that main component of Pholiota adiposa polysaccharide was Xyl,Man,Glu and their content was 1.03% ,2.30% ,96.7%.
