摘要
目的:观察丹参对原位肝脏隔离灌注区域性化疗所致细胞免疫抑制和肝脏损害的防护作用。方法:用大剂量5-氟脲嘧啶原位肝脏隔离灌注技术行犬区域性化疗,观察静脉全身给药组、原位肝脏隔离灌注对照组、原位肝脏隔离区域性化疗组及丹参组等不同组别对犬外周血细胞免疫功能的影响、肝细胞损害及丹参的防护作用。结果:肝脏隔离灌注区域性化疗对实验动物的细胞免疫抑制作用明显小于同等剂量的静脉给药组,而且恢复快;丹参组细胞免疫功能(T、B、NBT、淋转等)明显高于区域性化疗组(P<0.05);丹参组犬血清MDA水于明显低于区域性化疗组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参对原位肝脏隔离灌注区域性化疗所致的细胞免疫和肝脏损害具有防护作用。
Aim: To observe the preventive effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge on injury of cellular immunity and liver cell caused by regional chemotherapy through Isolated liver perfusion (ILP). Method: The model of regional chemotherapy through ILP was used overdose 5-fluerourinal (5-FU) in clogs contrasting with the group that was used 5-FU by vein. The cellular immunity and biochemical indexes were observed. Results: ILP was obviously less effect on restraining cellular immunity of experiment animals contrasting with the group of drugs given by vein at same dosages, but also recovered from the medicine soon. The traditional Salvia Miltiorrhiza Rye can protect cellular immunity and injury of reperfusion of blood deficiency of experiment animals. Conclusion: It suggested that Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge has the effects of protecting cellular immunity and injury of reperfusion of blood deficiency caused by regional chemotherapy through ILP.
