On the Influence of the Ideas of Natural Law of International Law

在国际法产生之后，自然法学派为其存在和理论发展起到了至关重要的作用。无论是国际法学的基本理论或是具体规则，无不受到自然法学派理念的影响。作为国际法雏形的“万民法”，与自然法有着千丝万缕的联系，而文艺复兴之后的学者们更在自然法的基础上建立起了一个较为成熟和完善的国际法体系。因此，自然法学派对国际法发展的贡献是值得瞩目的。

Since the existence of International law, the ideas of Natural Law have played a key role in the development of In- ternational Law. The basic theory of International Law, as well as the specific rules, was deeply influenced by Natural Law. As an early form of International law, Jus Gentium was subtly associated with Natural Law, and an improved International legal sys- tem was founded basing on Natural Law after the Renaissance. So Natural Law party made a great contribution to International Law.
