电视胸腔镜肺叶切除术

自１９９５年２月～１９９７年１２月该院共完成电视胸腔镜手术诊治胸内疾病８０例。其中完成肺叶切除术１５例，手术时间为９０～１８０ｍｉｎ，平均１２０ｍｉｎ。平均术后住院１１．５ｄ。无手术死亡及严重并发症。该文就胸腔镜肺叶切除的适应证、肺门血管及支气管的处理及并发症等方面进行了详细的讨论。

From February 1995 to December 1997,80 patients with thoracic disease were diagnosed and treated by Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS).Lobectomy were permenent in 15 of the patients.The operating time ranged from 90～180 minutes,with an average of 120 minutes.The average post-operative hospital stay was 11.5 days.There were no mortality and no serious complications associated with the procedure.In this paper how to deal with pulmonary vessels,bronches,fissure and indicate were discussed.
