关节镜诊断与治疗膝盘状半月板22例报告

THE ARTHROSCOPIC DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF THE DISCOID CARTILAGE OF THE KNEE

１９８９～１９９８年应用膝关节镜诊断治疗膝盘状半月板及盘状半月板损伤２２例。术前临床诊断半月板损伤１８例，其中诊断为盘状半月板１１例。关节镜下诊断盘状半月板损伤１９例，盘状半月板３例。１９例在关节镜下行盘状软骨半月板成形术；２例严重损伤及１例Ｗｒｉｓｂｅｒｇ型盘状软骨在镜视下行全切除。平均随访２８个月，优良率９０．９％。关节镜除诊断率较高外，可同时行手术。关节镜下盘状软骨半月板成形术是一有效的治疗方法。

From 1989 to 1998,22 patients had been diagnosed as discoid cartilage and reated by arthroscopy.18 cases were clinically diangnosed as meniscal lesion.Among them,11 case were clinically diagnosed as discoid cartilage injury.19 cases had their lateral discoid menisci reshaped under arthroscopy.Two cases of severe injury and one case of Wrisberg-ligment type were lateral discoid cartilage total meniscectomy by arthroscopy.All the patients were followed up for three monthes to sever years,with an average of 28 months.The excellent and good rate was 90.9%.Arthroscopy has high rate of diagnosis and can treat at the same time.Arthroscopic reshaping of the discoid meniscus is an effective method.
