摘要
采用乳液聚合法制备了一种水性丙烯酸胶黏剂,可用于塑料膜的复合。研究了功能单体、乳化剂、引发剂对胶黏剂性能的影响。结果发现,软/硬单体比例为60/40-65/35,功能单体AA与HEA占丙烯酸单体用量的5%,乳化剂占丙烯酸单体用量的1%~2%,引发剂占丙烯酸单体用量的0.6%,得到的乳液胶黏剂性能最佳,其剥离强度最高可达1.8N/15mm。
A kind of acrylic emulsion adhesive was prepared by emulsion polymerization, which could be applied for plastic film laminating. The effect of soft/hard monomer ratio, functional monomer, and emulsifier and initiator amount on the properties of adhesives was studied. The results showed that when the soft/hard monomer ratio was 60140-65135, functional monomer (AA and HEA) was 5% of total monomers, emulsifier amount was between 1% and 2% of total monomers, initiator amount was about 0.6% of total monomers,, the property of adhesive was optimal. Its peel strength was 1.8 N/15mm.
