摘要
以无机阻燃原料为主要成分,添加适当的无机溶胶、助剂等制备无机防火涂料,用于地铁内饰的铝合金板上。主要研究无机防火涂料的组成及涂层与铝合金基体的界面微观组织结构,并对涂层的耐燃性进行了检测。采用酸式磷酸铝作为无机溶胶的主要成分,在Al/P质量比为1:3.25、溶胶的用量为60%、添加剂粒度为1~2μm时,涂层表面均匀、致密、无缩孔。涂层与基体材料在界面处有新相生成,且相互扩散形成过渡层,使涂料与基体的结合强度得到提高。涂层的耐火极限高于30min,不燃、不脱落,无烟,不产生有毒气体,具有很好的防火阻燃作用。
The preparation of inorganic fireproofing paints is discussed which is primarily consisted of inorganic non-combustible materials with suitable inorganic sol and auxiliary for AI alloy plate of subway interior decoration. The composition of the inorganic fireproofing paints and microcosmic structure on the interface of the coating and Al alloy are studied. The non-combustibility of the coating is also tested. The acid calcium phosphate is regarded as primary composition, when the ratio of Al/P is 1:3.25 and the amount of the sol is 60% and the granularity of the additive is 1 -2μm, the surface of the coating is uniform, dense and without shrinking pores. A new phase forms on the interface of the coating and substrate materials, and diffuses to form a transition layer, therefore the bonding strength of paint and the substrate is improved..The fireproof limit of the coating is over 30min without combustion, spalling, smoke and harmful gas and the coating materials possess good properties of fireproofing and inflaming retarding.
