心胸外科86例下呼吸道感染危险因素分析及护理干预

Lower Respiratory Infection in Cardiothoracic Surgery Department:Risk Factors Analysis and Nursing Intervention on 86 Inpatients

目的探讨心胸外科下呼吸道感染的相关危险因素及护理干预。方法对心胸外科发生下呼吸道感染患者的临床资料进行前瞻性和回顾性调查。结果心胸外科86例患者下呼吸道感染的主要危险因素有侵入性操作、>60岁高龄患者、不合理使用抗菌药物、恶性肿瘤等。结论对术后呼吸道感染的预防要针对其危险因素,采取相应的护理干预。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the related risk factors and nursing intervention of lower respiratory infection in cardiothoracic surgery department.METHODS The prospective and retrospective survey was used,among 86 inpatients suffering from lower respiratory infection.RESULTS The main risk factors included invasive operation,aged patients over 60 years old,unreasonable antibiotics use and malignant tumor.CONCLUSIONS Related risk factors should be focused on to prevent respiratory infection post-operation.
