外来手术器械纳入医院程序化管理的效果评价

Loaning Surgical Instruments Entering Hospital Program Management and Evaluating Their Effect

目的了解外来手术器械纳入医院程序化管理的效果。方法建立管理体系和质量标准,加强流通管理,强化质量监控。结果实施程序管理前后外来手术器械的回收、包装、灭菌、发放和满意度评分及洗涤、包装、灭菌、发放合格率和满意率抽查情况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院程序化管理有效保障了外来手术器械的安全性及正确性。

OBJECTIVE To learn about the effect when the loaming surgical instruments entered the hospital program management.METHODS The management system and quality standard were established,the circulation control system management,and improved and the quality control was strengthened.RESULTS There were significant differences before and after hospital program management for loaning instruments（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS The hospital program management can safeguard the loaning surgical instruments.
